I create a calm space to discuss concerns, strengths, goals, and available resources. Each session is shaped around the young person and the people supporting them, with care given to their voice, comfort, and circumstances.

You will leave with practical direction and a clearer understanding of what may help next. Guidance may include resource recommendations, communication strategies, or ideas for building confidence and consistency at home and in the community.
